I always received a wonderful and Friendly service there. I own an old BMW and I had quite a few repairs to make. They provide good explanation of the cost and repairs needed. Do not push for the ones that are not urgent. Very honest.

One of the best things about Kahler's is that I am never subjected to a complicated phone menu. When I call on the phone I always get a real person behind the line. On my last visit, time availability was great, and my car was done in an hour. I was presented with a diagnostic of what needed to be done to my car in the near future. If you own a German car, this is the de-facto choice in the East Bay Area.

Pleased with Kahlers work on my 2004 VW Jetta per usual. Changed the oil and diagnosed and fixed a noise on the vehicle at no extra charge.
