Where was the car wash? I thought that was advertised as something you provide for the cars you do service on, other than oil change. A little disappointed in that. For the cost of our diagnostic fee for a rear end noise, it would have been good to see the shop place a newer set of tires on the vehicle to see if replacement tires would address the noise, which was diagnosed as the differential.

I always received a wonderful and Friendly service there. I own an old BMW and I had quite a few repairs to make. They provide good explanation of the cost and repairs needed. Do not push for the ones that are not urgent. Very honest.
