the only negative comment I would have it that the servcie person checked my tires and filled them to what he thought was the correct pressure of 35 pounds ( that was the cold pressure the next morning). Of course, my boxster tires are only supposed to be at 29-30 pounds so I had to drain some air out of them. A minor issue but maybe a lack of either training or attention to detail. not a big deal but you should know about it
Thank you very much for your feedback. Generally when we inflate tires on a car that has been driven and the tires are hot we add about 4psi to the factory cold tire spec. While this is a general rule it seems like your tires were cold when the car was worked on. For this we apologize and will make sure our tire pressure Gauges are working properly and our technicians are paying attention to how hot the tires are before checking and adjusting them.
