The Kahler's team did an excellent job managing the maintenance of my BMW 650i. I was: 1. able to schedule an appointment in the same week, 2. given a competitive estimate of the work to be performed, 3. alerted to other scheduled maintenance that I was not aware of, and they were able to conveniently take on more work to address the item. 4. provided convenient shuttle service to and from my workplace. 5. pleasantly surprised that the work was completed in less time than estimated.
