I use to take my car to Pleasanton Mercedes service dept. To find that I was being over charged for things my car did not need repair for. My husband decided to take my car to Kahlers and they found 4K charge that was not necessary, they did reimburse us for it. I've been taking my car since to Kahlers and everything is explained clearly and charges are at a minimal. You get this trust feeling when you take your car to them. Everything is communicated.

This was my first visit after a very high recommendation from my next door neighbor. I told my neighbor that if Kahler's didn't turn out to be good, they would never hear the end of it. My neighbor has had to hear about how bad my last place, Autotech, was and why I would never go back to a place like that. My neighbor had no concerns and said, "I've been going there for years so you'll love them." So, I went. My neighbor was right. I am very impressed by my first visit and will be back. I like this place because people are professional, courteous, punctual, helpful, they answer your questions without making you feel like an idiot, the place is clean, the wifi is great It's an added bonus that you can go across the street for breakfast/lunch at Denica's. (busy street, cross carefully, great food) and in my case, the car was done before I finished breakfast. With one experience so far, I would recommend them. I'll write again after my next experience. I am not sure about this but I think for longer repairs, they might even offer a shuttle home but again, not sure about this since I just waited for my car. I'll find out for next time.

These guys were great I had a noise in the rear end of my BMW they went for a ride with me not once but twice! To figure it out they fixed it never heard it again prices were very reasonable too thanks guys sorry it took so long to write the review.. Thanks Steve

Steven thank you for your review. I am glad the noise went away after the rear differential mount was replaced. We did not hear back from you so we figured it was fixed but it is always nice to get an update. Enjoy the car and thank you very much for your review.

Like the many other times I have brought my 2002 Audi A4 Quattro into Khalers for repairs and service, the staff and service at Khalers was excellent and the work was done quickly and without issue. Khalers has kept my car running in excellent shape (despite its age) and has saved me thousands of dollars over the normal "dealership" labor and materials rates.
