Dublin German Auto Repair

This was my first visit after a very high recommendation from my next door neighbor. I told my neighbor that if Kahler's didn't turn out to be good, they would never hear the end of it. My neighbor has had to hear about how bad my last place, Autotech, was and why I would never go back to a place like that. My neighbor had no concerns and said, "I've been going there for years so you'll love them." So, I went. My neighbor was right. I am very impressed by my first visit and will be back. I like this place because people are professional, courteous, punctual, helpful, they answer your questions without making you feel like an idiot, the place is clean, the wifi is great It's an added bonus that you can go across the street for breakfast/lunch at Denica's. (busy street, cross carefully, great food) and in my case, the car was done before I finished breakfast. With one experience so far, I would recommend them. I'll write again after my next experience. I am not sure about this but I think for longer repairs, they might even offer a shuttle home but again, not sure about this since I just waited for my car. I'll find out for next time.

Like the many other times I have brought my 2002 Audi A4 Quattro into Khalers for repairs and service, the staff and service at Khalers was excellent and the work was done quickly and without issue. Khalers has kept my car running in excellent shape (despite its age) and has saved me thousands of dollars over the normal "dealership" labor and materials rates.

HI: I sincerely appreciate the coupon discount - living on Soc. Sec. --- I'm forced to watch every penny. I trust the men at Kahlers to be honest and tell me exactly what my car needs and not 'create' problems just to make money. Honesty brings me back time and time again. Took the car in due to the check engine light the day before Thanksgiving to Kahlers Auto Report. The water pump and thermostat was replaced but the Check engine light came back on on Jan 05. Brought car back and thermostat had to replaced again, although there is no charge. Other than that, service was good and repairs were completed on time.

Excellent Customer Service, the team is knowledgeable, professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with.
