Despite no longer bringing our car here to be serviced I wanted to leave a parting 'thumbs up' to the shop. We had extensive, extensive work performed on our lemon of a Mercedes over several years at Kahlers (from approx 2009- to 2014). Our bills were exorbitant, however I feel that the shop always dealt with us fairly and honestly- much better than most. I especially wanted to give props to Ash (the front desk, office manager) he is the face of Kahlers and was always professional, kind and patient, even under stressful circumstances & upset clientele. ( of note: our reasons for parting ways with the shop were not indicative of the quality of repair or service received)
