I live outside of the east Bay Area and wanted someone with expertise to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a relatively new 911. A sales person trying to sell add on "protection" peaked my curiosity. I called Kahlers and spoke with Raul and explained the situation and made an appointment for the car to be inspected. They went over the car and reviewed my main concern and found a few more things that made it difficult to justify the purchase. Raul at Kahlers's provided verbal and written explanations as well as pictures. I found both gentlemen I spoke with to be knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

Was encountering a misfire on my BMW. I called to make an appt and they were able to get me in first thing next morning. (Dropped me off at work too) By early morning they provided me a diagnostic update of the original problem and provided suggestions for other possible work and preventive needs. I chose to just fix the issue and they had the car ready by noon.
