Mine was a follow-up appointment to make sure the headlight washer assembly was working correctly. Everything checked out and the car was returned on-time and as expected.

I used to feel very nervous when I sent my Jetta TDI to dealers or auto repair shops. It's hard to find a repair shop or dealer in bay area who knows to how to take good care of a Jetta TDI. Luckily, I found Kahlers. Ash and the team are absolutely amazing. They are very honest and professional. Price is reasonable and they get the job done pretty fast. I've been a loyal customer since 2010 and wish I had found them sooner.

After years of going only to the dealership, I've finally found a shop I can trust and afford! I found Ash and the staff to be friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating! The reception area and garage were extremely clean. I particularly liked how they provided me with a courtesy shuttle to drive me home and pick me up!I had a break service and Service A performed on my Mercedes. I appreciate how Ash provided me w/a list of what else needs to be done with my vehicle WITHOUT the pressure of fear to get them done immediately. For the same price of my brake AND service A, I surely would've been gouged by the dealership just for the brake job alone!If your manufacturer's warranty is over and you're looking for a mechanic you can trust AND afford, go to Kahler's-they'll take care of you!

Ash and the staff are incredible. My BMW always seems to have quirky problems and they always get to the bottom of it. I've been a loyal customer since 20008 and wish I had found them sooner.

Kahlers has done a great job for me over the last few years. I trust the mechanics and the way they care for my vehicle. One thing I do admire is that they hand wash the vehicles after the service is completed. Due to the rain I did not get that experience and my wife ended up driving a raid trip the next day in an unclean vehicle. So as the husband I took heat for that! If I was not on crutches I think personally I would have washed the outside and vacuumed the inside flawlessly. Lessened learned, always give your wife the clean car.

I like these guys. they've done some pretty minor repairs. I've dealt with Ash and he's pretty straight forward and honest. They've done interior work for me, he had his mechanic looked over my car and gave a heads up on future and up and coming repairs without power selling me on unneeded repairs at that time. I liked the fact that they didn't use FEAR to upsell me. I'm definitely going to be going back now that my 550i would be needing other works soon.thanks guys!
