My experience with Kahlers over the last couple years has been nothing but top notch service and integrity. And I'm picky! We all know how challenging it is to find an auto service and repair shop we can trust; well I found one here. For starters they communicate well, are timely, seem to really know what they are doing, and explain it well. They'll actually show me the work in progress, and inform me of what might need attention in the future, without "car salesman" pressure. I chatted with a team member as he gave me a ride to pick up my car; he shared that most of their mechanics have worked at Kahlers for years and years! That's always a good sign too. Great custer service and great job . Was very fast. Reasonable price.

In and out in half a day for a 30K on a 2004 Porsche Boxster. Provided ride home and ride back to pick up finished car. This is the first time using Kahlers, I'm happy with the service.

Everything was done as requested. Schedule was easy. This was my third time at Kahler's and there's nothing to complain about ( I say it this way as most auto shops always seem to miss something.

Fast responsive service. And they cleaned my car better than the local handwashing place!

We just had our daughters 2004 VW Jetta serviced at Kahlers and the car has never run better. A lot of maintenance items were taken care of and the car is good as new even with 80000 miles on it.

I've always had my '08 328i convertible serviced at a BMW dealership, but wanted to find a local reputable repair shop with fair pricing. I researched several BMW specialty repair shops in the Tracy, Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton areas and ended up with Kahler's Werkstatt. I also exchanged several emails with Ash who fully answered my questions. Recently I brought my car into Kahler's for brake service. Not only did they accommodate my tight schedule, but they also provided shuttle service to/from Stoneridge Mall while may car was being worked on. As promised, the work was completed on time. I was very impressed with professionalism of this shop. Thanks to Ash and his team for the excellent customer service, good work, and shuttle service! I believe I've found my new local repair shop.
