Dublin German Auto Repair

I've always had my '08 328i convertible serviced at a BMW dealership, but wanted to find a local reputable repair shop with fair pricing. I researched several BMW specialty repair shops in the Tracy, Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton areas and ended up with Kahler's Werkstatt. I also exchanged several emails with Ash who fully answered my questions. Recently I brought my car into Kahler's for brake service. Not only did they accommodate my tight schedule, but they also provided shuttle service to/from Stoneridge Mall while may car was being worked on. As promised, the work was completed on time. I was very impressed with professionalism of this shop. Thanks to Ash and his team for the excellent customer service, good work, and shuttle service! I believe I've found my new local repair shop.

I think the thing I like about Kahlers, is that unlike the East Bay BMW service, if you have an emergency repair, they will squeeze you in the best they can. Their prices are also significantly lower and the personnel are friendly and always show appreciation for your business.I even got an Xmas card from them one year.
