Excellent service, easy to make an appointment. Friendly service too - actually had time to discuss the car with him for a while and not be rushed. I get great service on my car for much less than bringing it to the Mercedes dealer.

Brought in my 2007 911 for oil change and they were able to do the work while I went across the street and had breakfast. First service with Kahlers since I had comp service with Livermore Porsche. Previously had my Boxster serviced and was very pleased with the service and costs. Looking forward to the same with my 911.

What I look for is customer focus, integrity and honesty in a auto repair shop. Kahler met that with my first experience. I will return and see how the second event fairs.

These guys are good. Not only do they know about BMWs but they also help the customer economize and pick the right balance between what to fix, when to fix, and the expense. These days just because one has a BMW doesn't mean that one has unlimited cash. They provide a great personal service.
